Commis Chef

Apprenticeship Level 2

A Commis Chef is the most common starting position in many kitchens, preparing food and carrying out basic cooking tasks under supervision. The primary objective of the Commis Chef role is to gain experience in each section of the kitchen and learn how to carry out basic functions required.

Hospitality Team Member

Apprenticeship Level 2

Every member of your hospitality team needs to excel at recognising customer needs, knowing how to match them to the products and services of your business and working as part of a team to ensure that every one of your customers feels welcomed and looked after. Hospitality behaviours such as personal conduct, being adaptable, using initiative and communicating with a diverse range of people are the foundation of good service.
