What will I be responsible for as a Guest Experience Manager?

The central sales team will be making those bookings, but that's not where it ends. The most important thing is that their experience in the hotel is outstanding, beginning to end. That's why you are the one that:

  • Warmly greets them upon arrival
  • Gives the guests the right and relevant information around current promotions and offers (you love the chance to up-sell)
  • Manages guest show-rounds
  • Informs teams of individual requirements – following this up to ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Ensures all payments are processed accurately and efficiently

Your role as Guest Experience Manager will see you develop strong and collaborative relationships with GMs and onsite teams, as well as those VIPs

Is this Guest Experience Manager role right for me?

You'll be one of those “think outside the box” types, you know – the type that really want to find ways to inspire loyalty, through ensuring your hotel is utilising all of our services, facilities and special promotions. How you do this is up to you, but we know through experience that those most successful within our industry have an innate interest in the hotel, meetings and events markets, along with a genuine passion for keeping up-to-date with market and competitor trends.

What's in it for me?

  • Discounts across retail, restaurants, events etc (because we know life isn't just about work)
  • Family and Friends discounts in hotels across the Kew Green Hotels estate
  • Leisure Club / Gym free membership
  • International Travel at Employee Rate for other branded hotels within our brand family (and you're not just limited to good old Britain – our family has hotels that span all over the world!)
  • Parking on site for free
  • Meals for free on shift – hard work is hungry work!
  • Progression Room to grow, with opportunities across the UK and internationally
  • Uniform provided
  • Flexible attitude and working hours
